In the pandemic and post-pandemic era, global demand for semiconductor chips has surged, highlighting the importance of electronics and 5G applications in remote work settings. This solution focuses on eliminating error risks and enhancing product yield through AI, and is now available to global enterprises.


The solution uses NISE3800 as the Edge Server, incorporating Profet AI's AutoML. Specifications (e.g., board size and thickness, production line, BOM) are input into the system along with historical data, like reflow oven temperature curves, to establish the PCBA & Reflow production model. For new product runs, inputting the new product specifications enables AI machine learning to optimize Reflow parameters automatically.
